ROOM, MEAL AND TRAVEL COSTS
Double and single rooms are available for ASPSI conference attendees in Golden Bear Village South on the Kutztown University campus. Air-conditioned rooms contain two single beds. Each room shares a bathroom with one other room and a kitchen and living room with three other rooms. A single room cost for the two nights with six meals in the South Dining Hall is $190.00; a double room cost for two nights with six meals is $175.00. Golden Bear Village South is a 5 minute walk from the South Dining Hall where we'll have our meals and a 10 minute walk from the Boehm Conference Center where the conference will be held. Commuters who are not staying in rooms on campus may purchase meals at the South Dining Hall. Lehigh Valley International Airport is 25 miles from Kutztown University and, depending on traffic, a 33 minute ride by taxi or rental car. We recommend renting a car for transportation to/from the airport and on campus.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION COSTS
Early Bird registration discounts apply to registrations received before April 1, 2012 for Academy members and nonmembers. Payment by check or money order in U.S. funds only must accompany registrations. Registrations may be for the entire conference or specific sessions. A session means an entire morning, afternoon or evening program. If you register for one or more sessions, indicate which ones below. If you apply for Academy membership when registering, complete the Membership Application and remit membership dues with the member discount registration fee. If you're not staying in a room on campus, and register to attend the entire conference, add $46.50 (a facility fee) to your regular registration fee. (If you don't register for the entire conference, add a $15.50 facility fee for each day you do so.)
