Community Matters. The 365 Challenge is upon us, and it is one of my favorite times of the year (it’s like Alchemy Christmas for me). There are so many amazing aspects of the Challenge but this year I am leaning into the community aspect of the Challenge, more than ever. I typically love the focus, drive, and accountability the Challenge brings. I thrive off taking time to focus on getting in workouts with no excuses, focusing strongly on my nutritional needs by giving my body the best foods for it to thrive, and taking the time off from things like alcohol and sugar to feel my best.
